Congratulations to partner Jeff Levine for being selected as 2023 Northern California Super Lawyers.

On February 5, 2022 at Del Paso Country Club, Firm Managing Partner Matthew Jaime was awarded the Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from the Sacramento Valley Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Recognized as the highest honor a California trial lawyer can receive, it is awarded annually to a recipient exhibiting the best traits of a trial lawyer – excellence in advocacy, a distinguished career and a reputation for civility, ethics and fair play.  The Firm applauds Mr. Jaime for his much deserved selection.

Congratulations to partner Rick Linkert for being selected as 2022 Northern California Super Lawyers.

Madison Simmons was recently selected to the to the 2022 Northern California Rising Stars list, an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 2.5% of attorneys in Northern California receive this distinction.  The Firm congratulates Miss Simmons on this well deserved honor. 

The firm is excited to announce the naming of Nicholas Shepard to Partner.  Through his 7 years as an attorney, Mr. Shepard has gained extensive experience litigating personal injury and product liability claims, including as trial counsel for several to verdict.  In both State and Federal court Mr. Shepard has prevailed on numerous dispositive motions, including summary judgment, demurrers, motions for judgment on the pleadings, and motions to dismiss.
