Sacramento native Thomas Lininger is a litigation associate with Matheny Sears Linkert & Jaime, LLP. Mr. Lininger earned his Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in May of 2023. During law school, Mr. Lininger was the General Manger of the Yuba-Sutter Gold Sox, a minor league style baseball organization located in Marysville, CA. Mr. Lininger’s experience in business operations has given him a unique perspective as he has transitioned to the legal field.

 As the son of a personal injury attorney, Mr. Lininger has decades of experience with litigation and personal injury cases. This experience, combined with his fierce desire to compete and win at every stage of litigation has prepared him to take on the toughest cases. A former Division 1 baseball player at Abilene Christian University, Mr. Lininger knows hard work, determination, and how to win.

Practicing in the area of civil litigation, Mr. Lininger’s experience includes both prosecuting and defending complex personal injury suits, defending Fair Employment and Housing Act matters and Civil Rights claims under State and Federal laws.
