Haley J. Loheit is a litigation associate with Matheny Sears Linkert & Jaime, LLP. She earned her Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, located in Columbus, Ohio, in May of 2024. During law school, she was an active participant in Moot Court, serving as Co-Chief Justice of both the Moot Court and Mock Trial programs during her second and third year of law school. Ms. Loheit additional interned with the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office.

Born and raised in Sacramento, Ms. Loheit returned home after law school and was admitted to practice in the state of California in May 2025. Since being admitted, she has gained valuable experience in both civil litigation defense and criminal prosecution, including exposure to both the trial and arbitration process.

Outside of her professional work, Ms. Loheit spends her time with her family, friends, and yellow lab, Daisy May. She additional enjoys reading, puzzles, and podcasts.
