Rick Linkert is the Keynote Speaker at the American Loggers Association annual meeting in Reno, Nevada

Rick Linkert was invited to be the Keynote Speaker at the American Loggers Association annual meeting in Reno, Nevada. Rick will speak about wildfire litigation, forest management, and State and Federal claims for fire suppression costs and damage to public land. Rick’s talk follows his successful defense of claims by the State of California for damages arising out of the Monnlight wildfire.
