The firm is excited to announce the naming of Nicholas Shepard to Partner. Through his 7 years as an attorney, Mr. Shepard has gained extensive experience litigating personal injury and product liability claims, including as trial counsel for several to verdict. In both State and Federal court Mr. Shepard has prevailed on numerous dispositive motions, including summary judgment, demurrers, motions for judgment on the pleadings, and motions to dismiss.
Joe received his undergraduate degree from University of Oregon and his JD from University of California, Davis Law School. His practice will focus on the defense of individuals, businesses, and entities who have been sued in general liability, transportation, and employment matters.
Easton received his undergraduate degree from University of California, Berkeley and his JD from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
