Congratulations to partners Doug Sears, Michael Bishop and Jack Klauschie for being selected as 2013 Northern California Super Lawyers.

Rick Linkert was invited to speak at the 8th Annual Wildland Fire Litigation Conference in Monterey, California with respect to “California Assembly Bill 1492: A Legal and Economic View of Implications for Wildland Fire Damage Claims” legislation. The firm was recently a proud sponsor of the 29th annual Bob Moretti Memorial Golf Tournament. The tournament is held to honor the former Speaker of the California State Assembly and to provide scholarships to deserving college students affiliated with the Capitol.

Matheny Sears Linkert Jaime was a Children’s Sponsor at the CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates – for Children) Lawyers Helping Kids fundraising event. Honorable Stacy Boulware Eurie, Presiding Judge of the Sacramento County Juvenile Court, was awarded the CASA Impact Award for her dedication and service to local children and families at the event.
