Rick Linkert will speak at the California Forestry Association Annual Meeting in Napa, California

Rick Linkert has been invited to speak at the California Forestry Association’s Annual Meeting in Napa, California on January 30, 2014. Rick will speak about wildfire litigation, forest management, State and Federal claims for fire suppression costs and claims for damages for injuries to public land. Rick’s talk comes after his successful defense of claims by the State of California for damages arising out of the Moonlight wildfire.
