K. Moji Majekodunmi
Moji Majekodunmi is a litigation associate with Matheny, Sears, Linkert & Jaime, LLP. Ms. Majekodunmi received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2018 and is admitted to the California State Bar. Ms. Majekodunmi practices in civil litigation and employment law. She has experience in drafting and defending dispositive and discovery motions and assisting in mediations.
Prior to joining Matheny Sears, Ms. Majekodunmi completed a one-year fellowship in the Office of Campus Counsel at UC Davis. There, she worked extensively at the Office of Campus Counsel on complex and sensitive matters with a variety of stakeholders in matters of constitutional law, civil rights, housing, privacy law, employment law and more.
At UC Davis School of Law, Ms. Majekodunmi was a law fellow at the Department of Fair Employment and Housing where she supported the legal team in mediations, depositions, and client interactions. Additionally, Ms. Majekodunmi was an education law clerk at a prominent California education law firm. In law school, Ms. Majekodunmi was an Executive Editor for the Environs Law Journal and the Internal Vice President of the Labor and Employment Law Association. Ms. Majekodunmi was a member of and held leadership roles in the Black Law Students Association and the King Hall Negotiations Team. In her third year, Ms. Majekodunmi was selected by the Dean of UC Davis School of Law to be a member of the Admissions Committee to select law school applicants for the 2018-19 academic year.
Ms. Majekodunmi graduated from California State University of Long Beach in December 2013, a semester early, with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in International Economics. She is originally from Southern California but is an avid Sacramento Kings and San Francisco 49ers fan. She enjoys visiting wine country and exploring what NorCal has to offer.
